I am lodging this complaint against Ola Electric for an unacceptable 73-day delay in servicing my vehicle and for causing physical damage to it due to sheer negligence. My scooter is currently under active warranty and was handed over for battery failure on 08/06/26. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, phone and physical visit, my issue remains unresolved.
Furthermore, because the vehicle was left unprotected and neglected in the open yard of the service station for over two months, it has suffered extensive sun and environmental damage.
I have already waited 73 days without any meaningful action or timeline provided by the company. This prolonged delay has caused me immense mental harassment and financial loss due to daily commuting expenses.
Demanded Resolution:
1. Immediately complete the original repairs under warranty.
