Ola Electric — Subject: Complaint Regarding Delayed Delivery and Poor Service by Ola Electric

I booked an Ola Roadster X+ 9.1 kWh scooter from Ola Electric and completed all required formalities, including full payment, document verification, registration, and insurance activation.

At the time of booking, I was promised delivery by 14 May 2026. However, even after more than a week past the promised delivery date, the scooter has still not been delivered.

Despite repeated follow-ups through customer support, emails, and social media, I have not received any proper or transparent update regarding the delivery. Most responses provided by the company appear generic and repetitive without any confirmed timeline.

Recently, after contacting the store manager, I was informed that the scooter is still lying at the factory, which clearly shows poor coordination and misleading delivery commitments.

Additionally, before booking, the company representatives contacted me frequently for sales purposes, but after payment and during this delay period, no responsible executive has provided any proper callback or support.

This delay has caused significant inconvenience, mental harassment, and loss of trust. I request the concerned authority to intervene and direct Ola Electric to:

1. Provide immediate delivery of the scooter, OR
2. Provide a clear confirmed delivery timeline, OR
3. Initiate appropriate action for deficiency in service and misleading commitments.

I am attaching screenshots and relevant proofs of booking, promised delivery date, and communication records.
