I am Abhishek Kulkarni from Pune, and I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the unresolved repair of my Ola S1 Air, purchased in February 2024.
I had an appointment scheduled at the Shivajinagar service center on 4th July 2025 under Ticket No. 08814435. Due to a critical battery issue (only 4% charge), my vehicle was urgently redirected to the Fugewadi service center the same day. However, from 4th July to 8th July, no action was taken, and no communication was provided.
On 9th July, I personally visited the Fugewadi center, where a service repair note was finally created. Since then, I have received no meaningful updates or resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups in person and through customer care, I have only been met with vague responses and no progress. It has now been over six weeks, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and transparency. Was this information helpful? |
