I did the Move OS beta upgrade. After that the vehicle used to not start at times when starting from halt. Then on Oct 20, 2023, it started vibrating after the acceleration is given and displays message saying "scooter issues, switiching to park mode". The vehicle was not moving an inch. I raised a complaint immediately and also called a customer care executive as I cannot bring it to the OLA center to send the technical team to my location which the person said would charge rs. 499. After that I called thrice, all time they said the team will reach out soon. But nothing happened. Since monday was holiday in Chennai, we called on tuesday. That is when they said the ticket was closed due to technical reason. This was absurd, we were waiting for all these days and not intimation was given to us. They can't reopen the same ticket too. Again I have raised a ticket. Really dissappointed. Please look into this. We can't trust this vehicle for any emergencies or long distance travels.
