[Resolved] Ola Money — complaint regarding the transfer of ola money from one account to another.

I am facing a problem in transferring a certain sum of money from my ola account having the mobile no - [protected] to my another ola account with mobile no - [protected].

I shall be highly obliged if you take some prompt action regarding the said problem so that i can transfer the amount of money. A fast action is anticipated which if taken will be highly appreciated.

Ola Money Customer Care's response Please be informed that you have completed the basic KYC. However, this is to keep you informed that as per new RBI guidelines, it is required to have your KYC processed in order avail wallet to wallet, bank transfer and increase your wallet limit up to 1 lakh.

To get your KYC done, you need to send pictures of the following documents to [protected]@zipcash.in, with the subject “KYC_Registered Mobile number.

#Your selfie/Passport Size Photograph

#Proof of Identity: Any one of the following documents:

1. Original scanned copy of PAN card
2. Original scanned copy of Driving License

#Proof of Address: Any one of the following documents:

1. Original scanned copy of Aadhar Card
2. Original scanned copy of Passport
3. Original scanned copy of Voter ID Card

I had added ola money of amount 500 to my ola account. The amount was deducted from the bank but was not added on ola.

I have added 200rs through netbanking at 3:12 pm in ola money wallet..money deducted from my bank account and the transaction succesfully completed..but money was not added in ola money wallet.I want my refund back immediately in my bank account..please resolve my issue
