[Resolved] Ola Money — diver demanded cash in spite of having functional ola money | |||
My last ola ride was from kalyan station to badlapur mhada colony, on 25 july 2017 early morning from 2am to 3am in mini. Crn[protected]. On my way i was about to transfer money in my ola wallet, but driver (Mr kunal rathod - [protected]) said that, his ola money account is not working so need not do the transfer, at end of ride it will show cash payment. But at end of ride ola money remaining 115 rs from my wallet was deducted so i was paying remaining 89 rs. Then he demanded complete payment of 204 rs, on same argument of non functional ola money account. He assured me about back payment before 11am in case his account is functioning. Being late night with parent being awake i had no option but to trust him. Now last 4 days, neither i received my ola money back, nor driver is answering call. Hoping for some help.
