Transaction no drms-2h6y-ymab on 11th december 2018, at 7 pm approximate was executed through ola-money to tatasky dth recharge. Mony was debited from account but not credited to respective merchant. Registered compliant to ola money-"[protected]@zipcash.in" on 12th december 2018. Received automated replay confirming ticket id 1310706 and assuring about update in two working days. Since no update received, again mail sent on 15th december 2018. Ola application portal does not have any contact number for support to speak with. On 19th december ola corporate team provided customer care number as[protected] but no operator attended this number. Transaction amount is rs.50/- Request support in this case.
