[Resolved] Ola Money — unable to send money | |
I’ve money in my ola wallet but still i’m unable to send it others. Whenever i click on send money icon, it redirects to a page saying basic kyc details submitted and that i can enjoy benefits from all the specified restaurants and benefits upto 10, 000/- What to do in such case? However, this is to keep you informed that as per new RBI guidelines, it is required to have your KYC processed in order avail wallet to wallet, bank transfer and increase your wallet limit up to 1 lakh.To get your KYC done, you need to send pictures of the following documents to [protected]@zipcash.in, with the subject “KYC_XXXXXX #Your selfie/Passport Size Photograph #Proof of Identity: Any one of the following documents: 1.
