Ola — Payment status is showing pending

I had booked Ola auto on 29th sept 2021. Have paid cash as I always pay through cash. I have made the payment to driver through cash but the status is still showing payment pending. I have tried contacting back the driver to confirm the payment but that number is automated number Ola. also tried to raise the issue through support team in Ola app but the options are not related to this issue so I am writing here. Please check this as I cannot twice for single ride.
