Olx India — a guy calling himself army man (sanjay singh be fooled me with rs 23000

Hello, yesterday i came across 1 advertisement for oneplus 6 mobile phone. Here's the link of the advertisement.

The buyer and me finalised the deal for rs 21000. He was saying himself army man (Sanjay singh from hisar). Just after the initial telephonic conversation he sent all the documents which i have attached here to me. I was surprised after being getting updated by him minute by minute for even a minute move. But even after all these tactics or strategies i didnt smell a rat and transferred him 500+10500=11000rs (As finalised between us 50%+50%, i hope u understand what i'm trying to explain.)

In short, i dont know how i was targetted or became victim of this fraud. Not only this, today as committed by him, i was waiting for the delivery. But they put condition (To transfer remaining rs 10000 + rs 4150, security charges). After this, i smelled a rat and denied to pay them. But i dnt know how they convinced me to pay the amount. I transferred rs 10000+2000 = rs 12000 today. So the total amount i transferred was rs 23000. After they (The main accused & the guy calling him delivery boy), both became irresponsive and after sometime there mobile phones got switched off and after that i was like a helpless fool.

Please do something for me if you can recover my money.

I made payment by paytm as requested by them. I will also attach the screenshots of that too in the next attachment.
