[Resolved]  Olx India — Banned My Account for No Reason

Iam wondering why my account with email id [protected]@gmail.com has been banned. I was about to post and realised my acount has been banned. That shows the sorry state of affairs of such firms which spends lavishly on marketing and ads.I just posted ads of furniture and it was sold also then why?

Olx banned my account for no reason my id was with my phone number that is ([protected]).

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted some crystal items to sell and service to sell email id is [protected]@gmail.com

My account [protected]@gmail.com has been banned for no reason. I was expecting to sell some of my house hold stuff on an urgent baisis. However, i M unable to do so due to arbitarary action by OLX India.

They banned all my accounts for selling used graphic cards.. ### you OLX..I really mean it..

My OLX account has been banned. I haven’t breached any conditions of OLX. At the maximum I would have quoted a low bid to a seller. Purposely a seller would have done it. I don’t know how OLX authorities ban my account for no valid and serious reasons ! Kindly take actions to remove my ban.

A solely unprofessional attitude from OLX people. Sometimes you may make a mistake just because you didn't know there terms and conditions (who reads that BLAH BLAH thoroughly) and then you find your account is banned. After that you try to post the ad from another account and you find it is banned too. These multinational companies have set some different standards for indians, i think. I didn't ask for money from anyone and i didn't portray myself as anyone else but the have suspended not my own account but the different phone numbers which i used to post the same ad. When i wrote them, i got a silly answer -'we afraid that you may do...' what's that? i may???? OLX has lot to work on it's AI and at the same time on the intelligence of the people working with them. my e mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com

My account has been banned without doing anything. Olx giving chance to overcome or takeover to the opponents. Sooner someone will take place. Dear OLX India, Dont Unbanned my account.

Olx has suspended my account without any notice or else say without any reason. I had posted a jhulla for sell some fake buyers had called me and i didn't reply them properly as i knew those were fake calls but after that my account got suspended. This is utterly surprising and disappointing from olx team.

I have been operating olx since so long and without any fraud, but suddenly for no reason one day i found my id is suspended for logging in to two multiple devices.

Not jus one id all my ids and numbers are now suspended, I don't know why are they doing this when no one has complaint about me and you haven't found anything suspicious about my ID's why have they banned it.

Even you don't have A support centre where can I provide you my id's to remove the suspension.

Kindly explain.
