Olx India — Banning account for no reason and not helping

I have bought an second hand Phone and idk what's wrong with this device i logined my personal olx account on this device and olx immediately banned my account for proxy accounts but it's my first time loging in olx with my personal number, their customer support is not helping me either i tried to login with my remaining account but they banned them too for proxy accounts, whenever i am trying to login with other numbers they're keep banning them all, pls help me
