[Resolved]  Olx India — Dissatisfied with OLX Assist for my Car

Dear Sir/ Madam,
On 13 Sept’20 I visited OLX at Saket New Delhi for assessment and sale of my Renault Duster. They offered me 5.45L. It was not acceptable to me. I asked for the assessment report on payment. They tried 3 times with the link and it did not work on any of my credit cards as there was some technical error as the the OLX executive!
On 17 Sept’20 Mr Prasuk Jain (mobile no. [protected]) called me offering me OLX Assist services for my Renault Duster.
On 18 Sept'20 I was sent an email by Mr Prasuk Jain for OLX Assist for sale of my Renault Duster He had called me on 17 Sept’20 prior to sending the email and we spoke on 18 Sept’20.
On 22 Sept’20 I spoke to Mr Prasuk Jain on 22 Sept’20 regarding no response.
On 29 Sept’20 (Mr Prasuk Jain called me on my mobile and had a prospective customer from outstation in conference. The outcome of the call was that the prospective customer (outstation Barielly) stated around 5.20L which was not acceptable to me.
Till this call Mr Prasuk Jain was courteous and spoke well.
Thereafter Mr Prasuk Jain did not call me regarding the 29 Sept'20 call or further developments.
Today, 3rd Oct'20, Mr Prasuk Jain called me around noon. To my utter surprise he stated that the prospective customer he spoke to, in conference with me on 29 Sept'20, has arrived in Delhi, from Bareilly, with the money and wants to buy the Duster.
I stated Mr Prasuk Jain that he has not called me, post the call of 29 Sept'20, to take my permission and confirmation to sell the car to the prospective buyer of 29 Sept'20 call (Barielly customer). How can he suddenly call and state the prospective buyer has reached Delhi to meet me ???
Mr Prasuk Jain insisted I accept the deal and meet the customer.
I refused stating that he cannot force me without my permission and confirmation. I informed him that you cannot foirce a customer onto me without my permission and confirmation and went further to state I stated that I will complaint to OLX.
Mr Prasuk Jain stated "Mein bar bar aapko call kar ke koi confirmation thori loonga (I will not call you again and again to take your permission). You can complain to whoever you want and I am removing your advertisement".
Thereafter someone called me ([protected]) and tried to convince me to meet the customer even If I had a higher price to quote. I informed this gentleman that because of the poor response from OLX Assist, and Mr Prasuk Jain not taking any confirmation from me for the Bareilly prospective customer, I had to pay for an advertisement in Facebook and expedite the process of selling the Duster because of which I have received a good response from facebook and in a final negotiation stage with a customer.
