[Resolved] Olx India — Featured Ad Package Deactivated due to illegitimate reason

I have purchased OLX featured Ad package service @Rs999 for 1 month (order id[protected] for one of my Ad (Ad ID-[protected]). After a few seconds, I found that my Featured Ad is shown expired immediately and the Ad became free Ad. On the next day when I called customer care they said location information cannot be edited in Featured Ad, wherever I did not find any policy terms anywhere in the website/app mentioning this.

Anyway I ask them to allow me to use my package at the location for which I bought the package. They are not allowing me to do the same also. According to them once deactivated it cannot be activated again.
I told them to refund the amount. They denied that also.

Though my package is available for 30days, I could not use for even a single day due to their spurious policy.

I urge you to provide full refund from OLX as I could not use the service designated for a single minute.

Updated by neelachal Please find the complaint no. 24453012, on which nobody listened to me after several discussion. Olx cheated me by assuring 30days package and withdrawn in 1mins. Refund Rs 999 else I will go to any level.

Updated by neelachal Dear OLX team, I hope you do not have any update or resolution on complaint against Featured AD service which is withdrawn and not provided later or money not refunded. Reason behind this is your system do not have the capacity to provide the service though you are accepting "Featured Ad" request from all with a hefty amount of 499/999 for 7days/30days. Definitely you will have to disallow some subscriber by some means and I am the victim of the same.
