Sub : Fraud done with me by a person .
Myself Tanvir singh.Yesterday I was using OLX, a application used for buying and selling of goods .While Surfing OLX I found one advertisement for iphone 6s in good condition, I was interested in the product.so I requested the person who has posted the ad to contact me. He contacted me and agreed to sale his phone at the price of Rs 11, 000. He told me that he is an Indian Army officer. He cannot meet me as his posting is done in Rajasthan, Jaisalmer.So, he told me to pay him some amount in advance so that He can send the phone to me by courier. I agreed and paid him some amount by PAYTM APP.
He got the amount and said he is releasing and sending the courier to me. After, Some time He again contacted me that I have to pay the whole amount of 11, 000/- to him .then only he can deliver me the courier. I paid him the rest of the amount and this how I paid him 11000/- then he gave me the courrier boy number. He told him he is the Indian army postman he called me and told me to deposit 5150/- to to the same account on paytm in which all payment was made . I asked for what I have made the whole payment already then he told me that it is the rule of Indian army that to receive a courier send from an officer by a local person i.e not from army person a security amount of Rs 5150/- is to be paid & this will be refunded by the courier person on delivery.I made the payment.then after some time he again called me that I told you that you have to make 5100/- and 50/- differently, My system cannot login now as you have paid it in one.he asked me to pay 5100/- and 50/- again differently, I discussed a lot to him but he gaved me no option except to make the payment again, I again made the payment now differently, this time he told me that again he cannot login because the first time I made him the payment shows some error and he cannot deliver me my courier and return my money until I pay sum of 10, 300/- shown by his system.I talked with him for long that what is this I want my money back. He said either You pay the amount or all this money will go the government account.I had no option I made the payment. Then after he again called that now you have to pay 8150/-for GST and Insurance charge. This time I refused to make any payment and he said that until I make this payment I will not my money nor my courier.
All payment is made by PAYTM APP to Gopal kumawat’s pay tm wallet linked to [protected].
I have all the call recordings, his paytm details, screenshots of payments that I have made.his addhar card and other details he send me. Sir, to avoid any further frauds and misconducts. I seek your help and request you to kindly register my F.I.R in the subject matter.Total fraud done to me is of Rs 32000/-

(b) copy of my AADHAR CARD as I.D proof.
(c) Pics of the phone and copy of complaint done to paytm.
(d) Phone numbers He called me from and his photo on whatsapp.
And his Indian army card.

My name is Tanvir Singh, I am a paytm user. My number linked to my account is [protected].
Yesterday I paid a total amount of 31600/- to a paytm user [protected] (Gopal Kumawat) in small amounts :-
2000, 1000, 2000, 6000, 5150, 5100, 50 then 10300
he has to give me a mobile phone iPhone 6s 32gb, but now he refused to either give me the phone and is not returning my money back.
This is a fraud done with me by paytm number [protected] (Gopal Kumawat).
I have all the call recordings and all payments screenshots. I have attached only one payment success picture as Its only an option to add only one picture, I have all payments screenshots and record in my paytm statement.
I want paytm to look to this matter fast, and return my amount back to me.
Otherwise I'll will take strict action against paytm, and socialize the whole conduct of this fraud with me.
I also called many times but all yours numbers also say are busy!
I want my money back!
