[Resolved] Olx India — fraud for vivo v9

I have been through a fraud for vivo v9. The seller named Jaikishan provided me the photographs and his identity proofs like army canteen card and pan card and asked for 5, 000 advance payment through paytm which I did on 19.06.18 then after sometime I received a message from olx that we banned a seller who was chatting with you. So i called him and asked to return my money but he denied and switched off his phone. Now he is not answering me. Please help me as soon as possible or I will have to file FIR.

As you said, you have some documents supporting your case, I suggest to take the help of legal authorities. Kindly file an FIR against the seller and OLX will provide all the information related to the seller to the legal authorities.
