Olx India — I got fraud of sum of amount of 12000 rupees with the name of vikram waghmare

So it happened that i saw an ad on olx that the buyer is selling his iphone for 12000 rupees so we had a chat regarding and the person named vikram vagmare came into contact with me so after that the person named vikram vagmare said me that he is an army personnel and wanted to sell his iphone 6s immediately as soon as possible so he said me that his duty is in airport which is in andheri west (Mumbai) so he said me that if i wants mobile then i have to pay him amount of 2000rs as a booked amount or token amount so i gave him through paytm which i have proof of it and after that he insisted to give me the remaining amount saying that if whole of the amount if not paid it will not come out of the airport security check so i ended up giving him full amount
And after that he is saying i didn't get the last transaction which was of 5500rs and after wards his phone got switched off
