Olx India — money is taken from my side but my phone is not delivered

I have seen a mobile Samsung Galaxy A6 plus on OLx. I have send a message to that person that I am interested in Rs 15500 and his Amount was Rs.18000 he said call me on this Number[protected]. I am an Army officer I can not meet you I will deliver phone on your Address please send me some amount like Rs.5000 . He Gives me Paytm Number [protected]. He said that Please Give me Rs5000 i will Courrier your phone and he send me some pics of his Phone. I told him that I don't know anything about you how can I believe on on you, he reply me that I am a Army officer due to some reason I can't go outside our camp. I can send you my I'd proof and my canteen card. He send me all this and send Rs 5000 to his Paytm Account. Next Day he told me that due to some reason delivery boy not able to Deliver your mobile phone please Send RS.5000 more and remaining you can Pay On delivery i do the same thing but I haven't got my Phone please help me in this regard. I can send you his link.
