[Resolved] Olx India — scooty scam | |||||
16 march 2019 - date of incident. Client no - [protected] I had liked a scooty honda dio on olx and after chatting he shared his number. Then he identified himself as army person sepoy vikas patel with aadhar card and his canteen smart card along with his pictures of as an army person. The deal of the scooty was fixed for 26000. After that he asked me to pay 6000 as a token to transfer the scooty from nashik to mumbai via paytm. Then he asked to pay him completely before the scooty arrived. I did that too and he kept asking for more money stating security issues etc so in total i paid him 46000. Then the he and the courier guy both swtiched off his phone and ran away.
