[Resolved] Olx India — sold car to olx autos but rc not yet transferred

I have Sold my car to OLX Autos, in Noida, in October 2023 . The RC for the same is not yet transferred from my name and also hold back amount not released. I have tried to communicate at [protected]@olx.com, [protected]@olxautos.com and even TicketID 13000652 assigned but then nothing. No further communications or response received on my query. I have tried to send multiple requests, but of no avail. I want to have clarity on whereabouts of the car and confirmed information as when the same will be transferred. Was this information helpful?
