Olx India — Suspending accounts for no reasons and discussion

OLX accounts are being suspended without informing or enquired with the customer /account holders. That lead us to loose faith on OLX as most of the buying process are being stopped in the middle.
There is no proper options to enquire the customer centre of olx to reopen or reactivate the account. If you send messages in olx Facebook, we just get a copy paste reply statement that your account has been suspended.
We don't know what mistakes we did and reasons are not disclosed.
That lead the fake and forgery people to open multiple accounts and chest the system.
You OLX have the mobile number or emails of the account holding customers. Why you couldn't call them and verify before you suspend the account? You miss the forgery and thieves but spoil the interest of genuine customers.
My account has been suspended three times of three different accounts. All those time, I was locked out just before closing deal to buy stuffs.
My suspects are, are you OLX have secret dealing with cheaters and thieves?
I feel Amazon and Flipkart are better than OLX or wise to go to dealers to buy used cars.
I will never open an account with OLX in the future, nor my friends. We all fed up with you, unfortunately.
It is extremely insulting and unkind what olx is doing with genuine buyers.
Another time, a friend of mind paid money to someone through OLX and the account has been suspended next day. He lost his money and address of the seller. It was a small amount, but it is not correct. We do really suspect OLX.
We don't know whether the issues are brought up to the upper management.
We think, it is better to find alternative ways for selling and buying, even directly at shops or offices or from known friends as we did in the past.
Simplest way for you is just make a call before you suspend accounts blindly.
