I had bought a watch from mr. Irshad v iliyas who lives in fort kochi kerela. I transfered the money to his account after which he couriered the watch to me. After receiving the watch i noticed that the watch was not in fully working condition. I complained about this to the seller who asked me to get it repaired locally and he would pay the repairing cost. I got the watch checked but it repairing was costly so i contacted mr. Iliyas who said plz return the watch and he vl refund the money. I have sent the watch to him. He has confirmed that he has received the watch but now he is not refunding my money. His email id is [protected]@gmail.com and he works in hdfc bank cochin. Please help me out
