Olx — OLX bans accounts for no reason

I have been a regular user of OLX over the last couple of years. I was so disappointed to see that OLX bans my account for absolutely no reason. I created another account with my other number and this too was blocked immediately next day.

I spent a full week attempting to contact OLX customer care on both their numbers, however there is no one who answers the call on these numbers and neither does anyone call you back when you leave an online complaint on their website using the ''Write to Us'' option.

When you do get in touch with their customer service agents, who cannot speak English, they too have absolutely no clue as to why the account was banned and they cannot provide you with a valid reason. They talk about some policy being violated but they themselves are unable to say which policy was violated.

OLX is the worst online selling website due to this and it is high time all the users boycott this unprofessional website and move to better platforms like Quikr and Cifiyah which respect their users.

Why does OLX advertise and ask people to sign up when it wants to ban all their accounts for no reason ?
