Have posted and made payment as per your invoice no. Olxini[protected] dated 27/06/2020. But regretfully, the ad is not yet active. Therefore, please immediately activate the ad or arrange refund asap. Moreover, whenever trying to post a new and to make it featured ad, i do not see the option for upgrade ad option in my dashboard, this makes me very difficult to make my ad features. Finding very difficult to work with your given features, so requesting you to make your dashboard option more simpler and easier.
