I am RINKU BORA andi was scammed on 25.11.2021 by abdus samad([protected]) frm dibrugarh assam. i saw a post in olx regarding a two wheeler bike AS02Y1823. I call him for buying his bike and asked about his details. he told me that he is working on CISF at dibrugarh airport and want to sell his bike because of his transfer and also send me his adhar card, photo, CISF identiy card, RC of the bike and some of his duty photgraphs. After that he asked me to visit dibrugarh airport. after arriving there he asked me to pay 2250.00 as a entry pass. but i refused to pay the amount. then he send one of his friend named BABLOO KUMAR to meet me infront of the airport gate, he was wearing total army uniform and told me that bike will deliver through army courier and i have to pay this amount if i want to get the bike, he told me that this is a refundale amount and atleast i pay the amount, after paying this he send me a reciept of army courier and aske me to pay 5160.00 for vehicle delivery, and after 5 minutes he call me and said that the amount 5160 was incorrect and asked me to pay 5107.00 again, first i refused to pay but he told me that this will refund after completing the process, then he asked me to pay 5900+99 as GST I pay 5999.00, then he again call me that i have to pay 5900 and 99 separately, i also pay in that way, then he asked me to pay the balance amount which was 9485.00 i pay it. afer that he told me that bike will deliver in next day and advice me stay in a hotel. next morning he asked me to pay 11000.00 as late fine. i refused but he told me that after paying this he will deliver my bike within 20 minutes. i pay it. after that he asked me to pay out gate pass fee 3260.00 i also pay it. after that again he asked me to pay 3207.00 but refused and visit nearest police station. in police station i came to know that there are many cases like that and police are unable to do anything. and asked me to visit another police station.
next day again call me that your bike delivery has been cancelled due to unpaid amount. and the amount will be refund me after lessing 11000.00. i said that's ok refund me the rest amount. he said that amount will refund through bank account within 24 hrs. after 12 hrs again call me to pay 4200.00 for refund charges and i refused.
please help me for this regards, they are not only cheating me and others victim but also doing a big crime in the name of indian army. i wish it will be resolved as soon as possible. all the required details is attched here for investigate the matter.
After 2 days again i visit the olx app and saw the same bike advertising through another olx id.
