[Resolved] Olymp Trade — Amount deducted from bank a/c but not credited to trading a/c | |
I have paid Rs760/-(USD 10)through UPI to Olymp Trade app for trading on 23rd sept'21, amount deducted from my a/c same day but still not credited to my trading a/c. I have informed customer support of Olymp Trade on same day, they asked me to wait 1-24hrs, after 24hrs I have again contact with customer support they assured me within 30minutes a/c will be credited. They also confirm my transaction details but still problem not resolved my trading a/c not credited. Below is my transaction details : UPI I'd :[protected]@kotak Transaction number :[protected] Amount Rs 760/- When I contacted them last time they give me this number for future reference task reference number is BS-99082. Today we received a response from the payment aggregator for your task. Since your payment was rejected by your bank, then the amount should be auto-credited back to the customer's bank account within 30 days. If 30 days are completed since the amount was deducted and still not auto-returned kindly contact our support team.
