However, it has been 10 days since these deposits were made, and my account has not been credited accordingly. I understand that processing times may vary, but the prolonged delay is causing considerable inconvenience.
I have verified that the deposited amounts have been successfully debited from my bank account, and it appears that the funds have reached your end. Despite this, my live trading account remains uncredited. Each time I reach out for an update, I am informed that additional time is needed to perform checks, without any specific details on the nature or duration of these checks.
I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter and an explanation for the prolonged delay. Timely access to my funds is crucial for effective trading, and this delay is adversely affecting my ability to manage my investments.
