Omaxe — delay in handing over of flat booked in omaxe residency-2, lucknow.

We, col ajaybharti and mrs nibha bharti, had booked a flat in omaxe residency -2 gomati nagar extn, lucknow and alloted flat no. E-603, acacia. Despite all promises, the project has not reached completion and flat has not been handed over, rather, even the construction has not been completed fully. I had earlier also complained stating that i was due for retirement in november 2018 and would need the house to move in after i retire. I am constrained to remind that i have now retired on 14 november from my army service but has not got the possession of the said flat till date. There is no response from the omaxe ltd on my previous complaint either. If no response is recd, i shall be left with no option than to knock the doors of the court and rera along with other allottees who are also facing the same difficulty without any relief despite having paid the due amounts as demanded by the builder company till date...
