Omaxe Ltd — No possession and assured returns in ITC ,Omaxe ,Greater Noida for last 6 years

I had booked an office space in ITC Omaxe, Greater Noida in Dec, 2012 under flexi payment plan wherein Omaxe promised to pay 10% assured return of the basic cost . The Company paid assured return till Dec, 2018. In Jan, 2019 they send a email saying that my unit has been shifted to 2nd floor and there has been an increase in area and I was asked to pay the price of additional area which I promptly paid, Thereafter I received another email saying that I should take possession of my Unit for fitting and furnishing . When I asked Omaxe as to when the company is registering the sub lease deed in my favour there was no definite answer from Omaxe care . Omaxe also stopped paying me assured return since Jan 2019 till date . Nether has Omaxe registered the sub lease deed in my name till date . Initially they used to give promises but later they stopped responding to messages or phone calls even. I have invested Rs 30, 46387/- in this project which is stuck badly and the outstanding assured returns piled up to Rs Rs 11, 74295/- from jan 2019 till feb 2023.There is no timeline for either the possession of all units except groung floor shops as even their shops have not been registered, Omaxe has outstanding dues of the Greater Noida Authority which it has not paid till date hence the authority has not given them either occupancy certificate or no objection certificate to permit them to get registrations done in favour of those who have booked units at ITC, Omaxe . And those who had booked in ITC Omaxe with great expectations have been ignored and exploited and cheated by Omaxe . Let us now create a group and initiate legal action against Omaxe before RERA, and Consumer forum without wasting any more time so that these theives can be taught a lesson of their lives.
