Even I booked a flat in May-06 and allottment was done in May-08 in Omaxe Heights, Bhiwadi. Already deposited around Rs. 5.17 lacs but no courtsey shown by OMAXE to provide the status of my allottment. I had paid several visits to Project Site Office (Bhiwadi) and Head Office (Kalkaji, Delhi) but no one could provide me the correct status of project.

I booked plot 5 years ago with Omaxe builder thinking they are know reputed builder so I invested in Omaxe Sonepat project and paid 50% advance in march,2005 by putting my entire saving and taken loan from bank, but till date neither they update me on the status, just says wait for another 2-3 months with this 5 years passed. Do let me know who can help me in getting solution....

It is almost 4 years now when I invested around 5 lakhs rupees in Omaxe heights bhiwadi. I even got the allotment letter as well. However, I have come to know that Omaxe has done nothing in this project and has no plans to even start it yet. When I contacted their customer care for refund of my money with due interest, they are telling me that money will not be refunded but they can transfer my investment to some other location.

I had purchased a flat in Omaxe NRI City, the possession of which was given in october last year. But, the maintenance agency (Shanvi Estate) appointed by Omaxe on its own discretion has levied the maintenance charges from date earlier than date of possession.

The argument of Shanvi Estate is that they will charge maintenance fee from the date offer is made to the customer, no matter what. But, the delay in possession was due...

Company is having a pending AR of almost 5 lac which omaxe is not returning and when asked from the company executive they dont have any answer. they say u can do watever u want to they dont have any answer nw. and when asked about the resale of the property no answer regarding status also. resale ka poocho no answer they have made structure but dont have any answer regarding anything. I want to resale property or want my pending AR of 5 lac. OVMA /185.

My submission is as follows:-
I booked a commercial unit on 12 Oct 2024 in upcoming Omaxe world street, New Chandigarh, and cancelled/applied for refund within a week due to following reasons :-
I) There were no physical possession of property and it would be perpetually with builder. In future they will have leasing rights and purchaser only a party. This information was not given to me in pre-booking meets. This information I came to know from social media and was confirmed by sales executive post booking.
II) Later, I also found that assured return scheme is illegal and has been banned declared as scam by SEBI. Customers reviews on social media I found in-numerous aggrieved customers complaints of non payment of Assured return.
Now my efforts to contact Omaxe officials, CRM officer Sales executives Sh Hitender Goel, Sh Vineet Awasthi and Sh Arun is either non responsive or came with reply that it is under process. But Till date no refund has been made.

A water drainage in Baverly Tower of Omaxe hill2 in Sector 43 Faridabad HR has been raised with the RW members and maintenance official but they denied a permanent solution for the drainage water spilling on the children play area. This is great concerns for the children coming to play there as ware logging in the ground will lead to many mosquito born disease. Surprise to know that it will kind of minor repair work but the maintenance can not do it. Difficult to understand what the maintenance money is being used for. Can I get a solution for this. Is Omaxe being a big institution put some effort to improvise the maintenance of its building /Towers.

Hello myself Neelam Nalwaya from Indore (M.P). In the year 2013 i bought a plot in omaxe city 1 mayakhedi, Indore, and company alloted me a plot no 250 total (4100 sqft approx)and give me assurance through there marketing map and TnCP map that there will be a road near and front of my which makes my plot a corner plot, but instead of this company has not made road side of my plot and instead they dumped all the garbage of the township near my plot also they reduced the size of my plot to 2277 sqft i.e. half of the size what they aloted and added area to other plot owners.

1. They did not fulfill there promise of making road near my plot which is prescribed in there marketing map and TnCP Map.

2. They illegally dumped all the garbage of the township in an open area near my plot where road is to be constructed which is totally in violation of environment laws.

3. They illegally and fraudulently reduced my plot size to half i.e. from 4100 sqft to 2277 sqft.

4. There is a Naala behind my plot where also company dumped garbage which is again in violation of environment laws.

I made several complaints to them but no action is taken till date.

The customer care representatives, particularly the female staff, have demonstrated a lack of professionalism.
They never reply to my emails, never have any information about the ongoing work and do not want to inquire themselves, even though it is their job, but instead ask us to make calls to other team personnel, who then tells us to contact other person or Customercare Realation team, as they are not responsible for that issue. In short, they misguide us many times and always quickly hang up the phone. They seem unintrested in understating or resolving the problems presengted to them. The team members apear to be inadequately trained and unaware of their responsibilities. Basic queries are often met with confusion, and there is a clear lack of accountiability.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter concerning my apartment unit, AIFC/UGF/523V, in the Ambrosia S+3 Independent Floor ( client ID AIFC/138/T1 in project Ambrosia S+3 Independent Floor) project. The flat was purchased from Mr. Bhupinder Singh (Guruji) on 29th July 2019.

Despite the passage of five years, the construction work of the washroom in the common area has not been completed as promised during the possession time. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. As a homeowner, I have the right to expect timely completion of all agreed-upon amenities and facilities.

I hereby demand the following action to rectify this situation:

Immediate Completion: I request that the washroom's construction work be completed immediately. The common area facilities are integral to the property, and timely completion is essential.

If you don't address these concerns promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. You will immediately resolve this matter and uphold your commitment to quality and timely delivery.

Please consider this letter as a formal notice, and I expect a written response within 15 days from the date of receipt. If necessary, I am prepared to initiate legal proceedings to protect my rights as a homeowner.

I am Sandeep Jangra, a resident of the Extension Block of Omaxe, Sector - 14, near Galleria Market, Bahadurgarh-124507 (Haryana). I am hereby making a request on behalf of all the residents of the extension block/pocket for the construction of Boundary Wall/Fencing wall around the parks adjoining our pocket. This is required on urgent basis for the safety of the children from wild animals and anti social elements and avoiding thefts.

The residents of the extension block are already putting in lot of efforts for up-keeping and safety of the block and has contributed and got constructed the main gate of the block.

Now, it is requested that you may also do the needful by getting the Boundary wall/fence wall constructed around the open area/parks adjoining the extension block and help in providing the safety to its residents.

One 70rs was given cash and the other 70 was debited from our paytm account. What is this gimmick to. charge extra from customers? I can even provide you with a screenshot of online transfer, if you insist.
Very bad policy. Kindly provide me number of the executives with whom I can talk and get my money back

I would like to bring you into notice that I am the resident of Omaxe society currently residing in Phase 1 pocket 5 omaxe New Chandigarh. I am writing this surely on behalf of every resident that we all are very much disturbed with the street dogs who have permanently settled in this society. The serious concerns related to this issue are described as following:

1) These street dogs are so dangerous that many times they have bite many children and also attack senior citizens, we are not able to go for a walk without a stick because they are so furious that they usually attack without any reason, the same happens during early morning walk that these dogs tries to attack on us many number of times.

2) In addition to above, these furious dogs continuously bark the whole night because of which we are not able to sleep and continuously facing sleep issues, we all have to go for work in morning and because of the continuous barking of these dogs we are not able to sleep properly and facing health issues.

Considering these serious concerns, I would like to address that we have decided to live in society like Omaxe where we can leave peacefully without any fear of street dogs, but I have noticed that the number of street dogs which are currently in Omaxe have surpassed any other area, our children are not safe, we are not able to walk and not able to go to park since many dogs follow the kids and come to nature park as well.

***We the residents have bring this notice to the Omaxe faculty team Chandigarh many times in written but no action has been taken from their side. We give so much amount for the maintenance only just to let the street dogs attack us or bite our kids??? The faculty team as well the maintenance team are not taking this issue seriously and not taking any favourable action.***

I request again to kindly consider this issue on priority else if these dogs continue to attack us, bite our kids or making our sleep miserable then we the residents of Omaxe have to take serious action regarding the same.
