This Refers to our shop / Space bearing no OCP/First/ 227 Booking at OCP Connaught Place, Greater Noida on 13 Dec 2014..

As per the Agreement and assurances with Omaxe, we were receiving Assured amounts regularly till March 2020.

During Covid times, we received information from Omaxe Limited, that we will be receiving 25% of assured return as due to covid
support is expected from customers to bear this issue till things will become ok.

Unfortunately we could only get 2 payments after 2020 despite follow ups made with your team at the kalkaji office.

Till date Omaxe is only giving wrong assurances and has not paid resulting in Harassment as an Investor

I had booked a shop in omaxe value mall amrisar shop no 1 A on April 2018 with a promise to AR cheque till 2023 and mall being operational in 2019..but its july 2023 neither the mall is operational till date neither i have recieved AR cheques from 2 years. When we approach the company they always have a excuse and no response from them we have lost our hard earned money. Pls help. Customer id vma 25.

I have three shops in Omaxe Connaught Place at Lower Ground Floor.

Omaxe has not paid Assured return since 2 years. Their customer support team is useless and Mr Sanjay does not ever respond.

Entire country has recovered from Covid but these guys continue using it as an excuse and are just using investors money freely.

Can others who are in same boat please reach out to me via Direct Message. Or if there is an ongoing group please let me know. Lets take collective action against these frauds.

I, Himanshu resident of Shubhangan Society, Omaxe, Sector-4A bahadurgarh. Everyday these people are cutting down electricity for atleast 4-5 hours as per their wish and Power backup rate is ₹30 per unit. They are just trying to earning huge amount from residents. This is totally unfair. So please it's my humble request to resolve the issue at the earliest.

It’s in connection to my previous complaint.
I visited new Chandigarh office today and requested CRM team to meet with their head after informing about the issue. I met Mr Hitender in his office who seems to be purely unprofessional in his conduct. They asked me to call the concerned executive whom with whom I have been dealing with till now. After hearing the issue he straightaway refused to resolve the issue. He said it will take atleast 6 months which has already been passed. When I ask to give me confirmation about refund timing he said we can’t give you that. I’m writing this complaint from the office itself.

It’s the complaint against one of the employee of Omaxe New Chandigarh.
We had pooled in deposit for pre launch of plot at Phase 3/4 at Mullanpur. Where the said employee has initially finalised a deal and later since Jan 2023 he has been behaving suspiciously. Due to non commitments and hideous behaviour we have decided to withdraw the deal. Since 2 Feb 2023 we are waiting for our money for which Mr Arun is responding in a non responsive manner. We are stuck with 10 lakh rs. We are from defence services and presently posted at counter insurgent area where it’s not possible for us to repeatedly keeping a track and making a request for our money. Pls look into this.

I had invested in the Omaxe World Homes project Faridabad Haryana, Unfortunately the company has scrapped the project after a period of two years.It is extremely shocking for us as it was our dream home.If possible kindly allocate a piece of land in Faridabad to help us realise our dream.After all Omaxe turns Dreams into Reality.
Also on going for refund, Due to delay from the company side, My agreement was delayed.I had made payment well in time but the delay was from your side.A cheque issued by me, was not acknowledged by omaxe officials.
Due to this agreement got delayed.This has pushed my agreement date to June
Kindly check the same and do the needful.

Omaxe Is A great Company i am sure, but pls provide your customers with an update on ITC greater Noida project.

We have waited patiently for the last 7 years...

This is regarding the investment made in Omaxe Faridabad via Jitesh Bhasin (Ph: [protected]) C/O Bhasin Estate Agency Address: SCF - 149, Sector - 9 Market, Haryana 121006, India for the residential plot in month of Jan 2021. I paid an amount of Rs. 2176313 as per the IMPS and NEFT enclosed in the contract. As per contract, Omaxe is supposed to allot a plot 250 sq. Yard in Faridabad sector 97, failure to doing so, Omaxe is supposed to return an amount of Rs. 2655375.50 with interest as a refund after 24 months.
It is over 24 months, and I am trying to call Omaxe (Sachin Chauhan [protected]) & Bhasin Estate Agency continuously but they are not responding to me. I have also tried getting in touch with chairman of Omaxe “Rohtas Goel”, but all has not resulted in anything positive. I have also tried to get in customer service of Omaxe on the email as per attachment, but there is no resolution other than acknowledgement.
I would request your sincere support to get this sorted out from Omaxe as they are not responding at all and holding my money with them.

I have following property with your OMAXE in OCP and ITC:-

1) LOWER GROUND FLOOR, SHOP No. - 711 & 715 in OCP
2) 14th Floor Studio Apartment - 1422
I have contacted OMAXEOfficials a number of times for release of out standing dues to the tune of Rs 9 LAKHS and regularisation of Monthly "ASSURED RETURNS". But it has always fallen on deaf ears. I spoke to their SUCCESSIVE CRMs over the last one year but to no avail. While it is understood that during CORONA Pandemic there was complete standstill but now the market is in full swing and there is no reason for them not to fulfill their obligation which is also my legal right. Also the assurance that the pending money will be paid in bits and pieces appears to be just an excuse. Now it is high time that we have been calling them over and over again on this issue and they should have resolved the matter. I am not even mentioning their promise of LEASE ASSURANCE post AR.

I will request the Customers of OCP and ITC to come together and join their hands to compel them in fulfilling thier obligation and make the management of these properties effective to bring a new lease of life into them so that the prospect of future return is ensured... If a whats App group exit in this regard, I will request someone to add as well...

I had booked an office space in ITC Omaxe, Greater Noida in Dec, 2012 under flexi payment plan wherein Omaxe promised to pay 10% assured return of the basic cost . The Company paid assured return till Dec, 2018. In Jan, 2019 they send a email saying that my unit has been shifted to 2nd floor and there has been an increase in area and I was asked to pay the price of additional area which I promptly paid, Thereafter I received another email...

I gave a dealer chq of rs 600000/- for my interest in some omaxe commercial project in nov 22 and the amount got credited to omaxe.

Till date I haven't received any booking no or any agreement from omaxe.

Till date project is not registered with rera nor any allotment no is given to me .no site has been shown by omaxe till date,
no agreement has taken place.

Now I want to get my money refunded but omaxe office is asking for 15000/- rs for cancelation and no exact time is provided to me for refund if i pursue for refund. Moreover they are threatening me with other charges if don't deposit rest amount in next few days. They are not giving me any document about refund policy.

Please help in getting my money refunded as soon as possible.

I have a unit in Omaxe Connought Place.
Since last two years I am approaching them to give my assured returns but it is not provided.
I have met Priyanka & Mr. Sanjay many times at their Kalkaji office.
Every time I visit them they commit that returns will be provided soonest
But nothing is working out.

I have purchased the Plot No. 137 Omaxe hill Niharpur mundi near Sage University Ru by pass Indore in June-2018 & after payment company allotment latter given to me on oct -2018. I had paid the three years advanced maintenance which was 26883 Rs at time of Plot purchased from Omaxe limited Indore M.P for period of 30.10.2018 to 30.10.2021 as demanded by Omaxe.
In Feb-2019 I have started the construction & it was completed in July 2022& finally I started the living this colony from July -2020. during this period omaxe deployed the Shanvi management service provider company to provide the service to omaxe hill colony . I have been started the paying maintenance charges which are plot size x 0.5%+18%GST = 1453X0.5%X18%=857.27 Rs Per month from 30.11.2021. But shanvi maintenance demanded additional 18% GST on period of 30.10.2018 to 30.10.2021 which was approx. 5200 Rs.
many time I discussed with shanvi accountant M.s SANDHYAJI& his opetranl head Mr. chopadi but they not in listened mode and continue demanding this amount & also given warning to me stopping the water supply& oher service Omaxe hill constructed many of years but till omaxe not provided water through the over head tank only provided through the tanker .
Finally they stopped to water supply to my house which are not legal, water is our basic need hence I requested to please intervention & resolved this issue.

I’m extremely disappointed with omaxe. As I have purchased the shop in omaxe but from past 2.5 years I’m not getting any single penny of rent. Therefore please get into this and help me to resolve this problem.

This is to inform you that I have a unit in OCPK GREATER NOIDA, in which the group Omaxe promised of assured rental returns and has issued post dated cheques as well. From this financial year nothing has been received and the cheques are dishonored in banks. There has been no communication from them whatsoever. Have tried calling all the concerned people...Sanjay in account, Prikyanka also who's in charge of this area, but there's been no response.
Kindly consider this complaint and offer a solution.

Can you please reply to the email, As a management team you should take necessary action to payout my commitment charges pending from March 2019 to till date . Assurance provided by Mr. Sanjay Sharma and team but till now no response .

You all mentioned members continue harassing us for a long time and we wait for a long time . But till now no response .

I just want to inform you that My unit is already occupied by you and you are getting charges and not paying me. Also you have kept the lease right with you but are still harassing us .

Please note :- I have invested my whole money in your project Omaxe Connaught Place is situated in Beta 2 Gr Noida, . Now If something happens to me and my family it's the total responsibility of your Omaxe Team / Sanjay Sarma /Mohit goyel /Jatin Goyel /Rohtas/Vineet .

Due to long harassment we break out and it's difficult to bear with this situation .
