Hello, My name is Shubham Sharma. I am an investor in Omaxe Connaught Place Greater Noida. I came across your complaint on this website. I am experiencing the same problem for my shops (OCPK LG 789 and OCPK LG 791) in Omaxe Connaught Place. I tried to call Omaxe many times and they always assured me that they would give me rent in 8-10 days, but the rent never came. They forwarded me to Mr. Sanjay Kumar, who never gave me true information and barely picked up my phone calls. I talked with him today on phone and he was not willing to give me his manager's number. I am not noticing any results from Omaxe's employees. I am worried about the monthly assured returns. Therefore, I came here to register my complaints but saw that there are already other investors facing the same issue. I am trying to group similar investors, so we can together file our complaints to the higher management with the hope that we would receive our returns. Where is the faith if your agents ask for 20% commission for full payment for not paid amount for a year. Seriously frustrated. Even I think buy a property in Chandni chock project. Loose faith and commitment.
The same problem we are facing, Omaxe officials are giving all damn excuses and they have siphoned off the money to other projects. Our hard earned money is stuck and all our voices are hitting on deaf ears. Hii same issue is with me ocpk/1585. Now situation arised that they are not picking my call and i am not receiving any response from their side... neither they are giving assured rental to me nor giving registery

Let's not delay..we should make a group and take the legal route against this fraud, surely omaxe has siphoned off our hard earned money to other business ventures.
This modus operandi is similar to many developers of Greater noida where the investors are duped and the court cases are ongoing.

I was about to purchase a shop in their upcoming project Omaxe Karol Bagh. Everything is done, I was about to pay them on Monday. Thank god, I came to read all these comments. I am sure, will not invest my money in Omaxe. Thank you all.
