Dear Concern This is to acknowledge you that here at your Omaxe city Palwal I am resident of House No 358 Phase 1, where as I am not getting the service which are provided by the shanvi estate as here there is no street light working as well as not security guard is present . Water supply being cut in flat managed by Omaxe (Shanvi Estate Management) viz. Omaxe Executive Homez / Omaxe Grand / Omaxe shubhangan / Omaxe Resort. No water supply for past two days. Full amount of maintenance of more than Rs.3000 monthly is being paid but water supply is being arbitrarily cut without giving any notice or information.

This is to bring your kind notice i tushar mangla is in possession of plot no 45 omaxe city palwal. Where maintenance project is under your supervision . And i started construction of my home at above plot no 45 in april 2019. I have cleared all the dews of coming year in advance then you give me the permission for construction. But the problem is that 2 street light are there infront of my plot but even single light is not working since i have started the construction and i complaint about this many time with palwal team or supervisor but no one is here to solve the issue. This is my humble request to please take appropriate action about this and provide me solution asap otherwise i would have to take legal action against you.
