On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — consignment has no moment from 9th october and not yet delivery | |
A courier was sent to me from bhathinad on october 3rd and consignment reached chennai on 9th october and after that there is no moment of courier and my hometown is trichy which is over 300km from chennai nor is the tracking page updated. I emailed customer care regarding this issue and Piyush pramanik Zone – Mp. Chattisgarh replied my email and asked for proper delivery address. I had provided the necessary details and i haven't got a reply back. I emailed them again today (16th October) and still they haven't replied and no one attends their customer care number.
