On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — consignment not delivered

Dear sir

I sent one courier on 25th jan 2018 vide awb [protected] from nac chandigarh, i paid 600 as charges for the same, i was given assurance that it will reach in 2 days but it is very upsetting that my consignment is still not reached after 11 days inspite of paying air charges. This is very shameful on the part of company like ondot. Even online status is not updated after 1st feb, i don't know what to do? Please update the status of my consignment asap.

Your service is very bad, after 2 day my courier is at your pune office but still not deliver at income tax service office .
