On-Dot Couriers & Cargo — package not delivered lost

I had used on dot couriers service to send a returning amazon package to kolkata. However my package was lost while on dot says that the package was delivered the person who were suppose to receive says that they did not receive it. The package was worth 4000 rupees. On talking to the regional manager hukum singh (Shimla). He told me that he would revert me on ensuring the package status however he never calls back this has continued for 3 days. No accountability by on dot has been taken. Their head office phone number does not work and they do not reply on the mails.
