One 97 Communication — illegal transaction from my axis bank credit card

This is rajarshi pramanik, i am axis bank customer. My account number: [protected]
Today just i have seen my credit card debited 784.00 by one 97 communication limited. But this transaction is not done by me. I want to refund my money as soon as possible. Axis bank customer care saying i transfer this money from my credit card to paytm. But i chaked i am not done any transaction like that.
