This is to inform you that when i was taking the mobile damage policy from oneassist i was told that whenever my handset will get damage i will be provided with a temporary handset from oneassist (I had informed the person that I stay in Cuttack, Orissa still then he said that i will be given all the mandatory services). After I reported a claim against my damaged iPhone 6 i was told that as per policy i am eligible for iPhone4/4s temporary handset from oneassist and the executive said that she has initiated a request for the same (temporary handset). But later on when i inquired about the status of the temporary handset after a week I was told that as per policy my area is not serviceable for which I am not eligible for temporary handset.
When my area was not serviceable/eligible why was i given false promises earlier??
No one from the oneassist team called me or mailed me that I wont be given a temporary handset until I gave a call to the customer care after a week. Why??

Same problem with me also. My claim number is SR#1391883. I had put an insurance plan for my mobile with one assist protection plan[protected]. I had dropped and the screen got a crack. all other functions including touch was working fine. i had raised a claim for change of screen. They collected extra money for that also and had to followup daily for the delivery of the serviced handset. it took more than a month for them to return the repaired handset. I was delivered the mobile on 23rd June, 2016. It was completely not working. The following were the issues which were not present when I gave the mobile for change of screen. the phone was in perfect working condition when I gave it initially except for the broken glass. Now the following are not happening.
Sim cards both slots are not working. Battery s draining quickly without usage. Wifi s not working.
Phone is rebooting very often in idle mode,
phone s getting switched off when any application is opened.
Immediately had complained to them both by phone and mail and repickup was initiated on 24th June 2016. til now it has not been picked up back. inspite on literally hundred calls i had made and hundred mails i have sent. This is completely unacceptable. my membership id is [protected] and my Relationship No : 685515.

I have still your company has not refunded INR.100/- Its more than two months now. i have purchase mi redmi 4 with mi protect plan of INR.599/- & later updated plan MA Total Protection 10k-15k of INR 1189/- ( payment done through cc) as per telephonic discussion with customer care they told me that i will get full refund of earlier plan ie 599... but your company is refunded only 499/-
second this your customer care executive put call on hold more than 20-25 minutes whenever we call for update & later they disconnect the call & no any executive having the updated info .. even your mail response team also sending the common mail again & again...
I have contacted MI india call centre also.. they are also not ready to intervence in this regards... they y they r selling this product on mi india website.
give me the reason y ur company have not giving full refund .. y ur company customer care behaving rudely or carelessly to customers...

Very poor service form one assist. they are running a fraud company. I suggest we place a Class action lawsuit on the company. Contact me at [protected]@gmail.com and we all can place a lawsuit on the company.
MY phone is with them for 1 month now but it is still under pending approval from insurance company.
They are way past their time frame for the approval but still no reply or calls from oneassist.
My repair estimate is way higher just for a broken s7 edge display, but they are changing the back place as well as the motherboard. When asked them for re-approval copy, they are not sending the same.
Let us all take action and show company like these that they cant do whatever they please without any consequence!!!

These details are needed by the Insurance company to decide whether the incident taken place was an accidental damage or happened because of negligence.

Me too getting false promises from the company from last 3 & half months . My claim SR no. 1889844. Relationship I'd : 877353. Earlier also they did not provide me courtesy handset as committed by company. Then after pickup they did not repair my handset. Now from last 2 months I am daily calling & doing email daily deadline is given to me for handset pickup but only false claims.
I think I will have to file a complaint in consumer court against this company for too much harassment

I egret for taking the insurance from this company. Firstly getting the line connected to an agent is a big task and after getting connected there is no proper update. same update everytime. "we are awaiting the due date from service center".
May 29th Mobile got damaged and till date i have not received it back.
Really pathetic is the way they handle cases.
