[Resolved] One Assist — i m complaint against one assist who was deducted money from my credit card

Sir, Without any permission of me one assist debit a rs 1399 from my credit card. On 14.11.2017 i received a credit card from hdfc bank. After received it i activate my card and made a rs 9 transaction. After 2 days when i check my credit card balance it show that a rs 1399 is debited again from my card. I also received a message from one assist that a yearly membership was activated on my card. I haven't received any call/sms from one assist to acactivate such kind of service. So plz plz refund my rs 1399 to my credit card as soon as possible. One assist membership details:- One assist relationship no-3101893 Mobile no-[protected] Was this information helpful? I have received call from axis bank and activated debit for one assistant services with card end no 1994 and credited money 1899 and refund money and deactivated immediately
