HI, My Name is Nagaraj, My Claim no. is 1408284, PLan: Platinum Max+ Membership id: [protected]. i have sent you a request in order to claim for my damaged mobile phone since 2/6/2016 still am waiting for your reply. I called you yesterday regarding the status of the claim you are saying that there is some unauthorized change has been made in the mobile phone. Its a new phone since i bought it haven't ever placed for any service. And more over you are giving me this reason after 30 days of my handset being held with you. How can i trust you? Even you could damaged my handset. This all comes with in integrity issue .. I trusted the sales guy, so i paid the insurance premium. Now i feel that you have cheated on me Since you are refusing to process my claim. What is your reply gonna be?

A car near Ashok Nagar signal collided my bike on the back and absconded when the signal changed into red . I lost my control and fell down due to the impact of the collision. By the time my I-phone jumped out of my shirt pocket into the road. I stood up and took my phone which was on the road. The display was completely shattered and the body was bent.
