[Resolved]  One Assist — membership cancellation

My hdfc credit card has been debited by 1899.00/- for renewing oneassist membership.
I didnt recieve any kind of approval or information or any phone calls regarding this renewal, without any intimation, they deducted money from my account.
So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.
I am totally disappointed with this one assist services for the below reasons.

1. There is no response regarding my membership cancellation.
2. They are not giving any contact details to sort out this issue.
3. They told, they will call back in 48 hours, but i didnt receive any phone calls or messages etc.

I dont want any further explanations / convincing etc.

Kindly close my one assist service and refund the above said money without any delay. If i will not be getting refund from your side i am sure that i will definitely close my credit card account without paying any dues / outstanding because of your service.

Please find enclosed credit card statement. For the above transactions was happened for your reference.

Kindly go through it and refund the money otherwise i will go by the legal action about this one assist.

I received a call from One assist. They told me to buy a wallet plan of Rs. 1899 and I got three verification calls for the same. I dont have any credit card though I applied for the same few days back and representatives were like when you will get your credit card the amount will get deducted after you receive your credit card. And now on Sept 06, 2017 they deducted Rs. 1899 from my account. Why would I go for some plan when I dont have any credit card and why you deducted money from my account when you clearly stated that once you receive your card then we will call and update you about the same. I want refund as soon as possible. My Relationship No. is 2650537. Kindly update me on this.
