[Resolved] One Assist — my phone s8 + | |||||
Hi my phone got damaged and was in insurance with one assist so basically my phone was repaired through one assist at samsung authorised service centre just after two days i got my phone, accidentally a half glass of water was fallen on my phone and my phone is not working now, Either my phone was not sent to authorised service centre by one assist, or something is that they lied to me and provided me fake bill i have it in my email which says they have paid the amount 18358 and in bill it is metioned that my octa was changed (Which means display) so i myself went to authorised service centre to get my phone repaired there i came to know that my octa was not been changed, and due to old octa water damaged your phone so its you one assist who provided me fake bill and i thought my octa is new so that would be waterproof but in real you did a fraud and gave me fake bill and due to old octa water got inside my phone, repair my phone for free or else i will have to go to court I have all the bill details and each and every proof that you did not changed my display I am gonna sue you for Providing fake bills False promises Wrong commitment and many other things so better get my phone repaired For more info contact me on - [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

my point is you provided me fake bill and how can you close my claim if the damaged part was not changed only ...I am definately dragging one assist to the court for providing fake bill s and taking money for the part which has not been charged, Request you to send me the the mail i was been verbally by your executive on phone [protected] on 3rd December at 11.57 am ask your executive to mail me that you wont further process my request and share me the address of your head office on my mail given below to send the legal notice through my advocate ...and now its enough the way she talk on phone was horrible this is not the way to answer your customer .. I am gonna put every details on social media and so will my friends and family i was been cheated by one assist and its a fraud company ...
