One Assist Plan — Cancellation and refund

I received sms from ICICI Bank that Rs.1399/- got deducted from my credit card without my permission.
OneAssit plan got renewed without any information. The amount got deducted without my confirmation.
I called to your customercare, your executive said money may not be refunded. So, that's why I am complaining
Please cancel my membership and refund my money back.

I received SMS from ICICI bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan on 21/04/18. Without my permission. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card. I m continuously calling on [protected] but no one gives me a response.

Please deactivate it immediately and refund money asap.
Otherwise, I need to go For 'Grahak Suraksha Kendra' for fraud.

I got my full money back from one Assist, thank you All.

I received SMS from ICICI Bank that Rs.1399/- has been deducted from my credit card. This happened without my permission and confirmation. OneAssist plan got renewed without any information. I don't want any unnecessary plans to be activated however good it is when I am badly in need of money. I called ICICI customer care, no response from them regarding this. This is hard earned money, and that's why I am complaining. Please cancel my membership and refund my money back as soon as possible.

I recived SMS from Icici bank on date 03/ AUGUST /2018 that 1899 /- Deducted from my debit card to one assist plan with out my permission. I also got a mail from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal at and the Co.

I got to know that there has been deduction of some amount by OneAssist from my ICICI account no : [protected] without my permission .. I am surprised to see this and therefore I have stopped using my account from last 1 year.

Unauthorized deduction of RS.1899 from my HDFC credit card
An amount of rs.1899 has been deducted on 28.11.2020 from HDFC card without my concern and permission which is highly regrettable. I have already spoke with your agent(Nandini). She said that she will arrange a call back but till now i didn't receive call or service from your side.

The above amount be refunded to my HDFC credit Card no. ending with 2129 immediately and confirmation sent to me to the above effect.

Please cancel my one assist plan and refund my money.
