[Resolved]  One Assist Services — deactivate one assist plan and refund my money

I see that you have taken rs. 1899 on 18jun19 from my a/c no. 395006
I was not informed of this charge before you debited my account.
You need to refund my money.
I have not given my consent to directly debit my account.

I wish to cancel my membership of oneassist with immediate effect.
Please cancel my membership, please do not take any of my money and please confirm the cancellation by email.

There is no link at the website to cancel the membership.
I sent emails to [protected]@mail. Oneassist.in, but there is no response.
How is anyone supposed to cancel their membership?
Give me my money back, please.
