One Broadband — No internet service

I call to one broadband customer care and raised complaint they said your problem will be resolve in 24 hours but problem not resolved. after that I call to local service provider but he doesn't respond, not picking my call many more calls and again I raised complaint to one broadband customer care number and again they said your problem will be resolve in 24 hours but problem not resolve after 7 days.
the people are rude and ignorant and just dont care. our business is getting affected.
