I am a resident of Kandivali Mahavir Nagar. My internet connection isn't working since 1st Aug23.
Despite registering the complain on 1st Aug, there has been no solution yet.
All the telecallers tell me, is that the technician will visit your site.
I even asked to escalate my complain, since its already over 48 hours. The company policy is to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Was this information helpful? |
