Dear sir i book train ticket from irctc app where i selected debit card as payment option where i selected paytm gateway for payment my amount rs3110 got deducted but the transaction got failed i didn't receive the money back please assist me. Many people faced the same incident but no action is taken to resolve the problem. Please take immediate action i want to book tickets

I have tried ticket booking yesterday (17/05/18) at 16.08 time but ticket was not booked but money got deducted from my bank account.I have used Paytm gateway one97 communication with transaction ID [protected]/[protected] at given time but showing that pending From bank side.
