I hemant from delhi. I tried to booked ticket from new delhi to basti on 17/10/2018 by official irctc website at arount 11 am. The transaction failed due to technical netwrk fault and amount of inr 405.49 was dedected from my account by one97 communication. I request you to refund my money which is 405.49 in my account.
