[Resolved] One97 Communications — electricity bill deducted from my bank account but not credited in jvvnl | |||
I made payment of electricity bill of rs 2733 dated 16/6/18 through paytm and one 97 communication ltd through order no [protected]. Sbi ref no 201806160555320637511gadtbgux0. Operator ref no is attached screen shot. Still now it is not received by jharkand bijli vitaran nigam limited. (Jbvnl) It is around 9 days over but still not credited. Pl look into and reply. Jun 30, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved My amount which was debited by one 97 communication is now credited in electricity board a/c.so my problem has solved.
