One97 Communications — frauds of transaction

This is to make you aware regarding the fraud transaction your company is making in the name of one97 communication company.
From 22 october 2017 to 1 feb 2018 my continuous account charges are debited to ecom one97 communication.
I have already registerd a complaint in national consumer forum because the customer care of paytm is not responding at any of the number. They are just wasting the time o[censored]ser. No number is directly contacting me to any of your staff.
National consumer forum complaint number is :613248
Four to five times these transactions are being done which i have not done.

9 december 2017 : ecom[protected] one97 communication rs 20
19 december 2017: ecom[protected] one97 communication rs22
14 january 2017 : ecom[protected] one97 communication rs 470
20 january 2017 : ecom[protected] one97 communication rs 52
1 february 2018 : ecom[protected] one97 communication rs 500
Total deducted balance is rs 4934.14

Pls refund my money as soon as possible. As consumer forum had told to do that sooner.
