One97 Communications — I'm complaining about the paytm

Here i the issue related to wrongly sent money to other account which send from the PAYTM UPI . I am Amrit bearing a contact or Paytm No [protected] which is upi linked to Kotak Mahindra Bank with A/c No. [protected] with Ifsc Code KKBK0003724. on 4th of April 2019 at 11:13am i transferred the money of Rs 2500/- from the Paytm by Upi linked No [protected] with refrence id[protected] to Rahul chhaparwal having paytm Upi Id [protected]@paytm . which is not received by him.. i talked to paytm customer care representative but his words not satisfied me. He said there is no fault by us talk with your bank when i talked with the representattive of the bank he also said the same thing that there was no fault by them..
